5. Bookings and Appointments
By booking an appointment, you agree to:

Failure to provide access or meet these conditions may result in charges.
6. Cancellation Policy & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a minimum charge of £132.
A minimum charge of £132 may also apply where:

The customer is not available during the agreed appointment time

Access to the property is not provided

The appointment cannot be carried out due to customer unavailability
-
The engineer is unable to safely or reasonably complete the visit
This charge reflects lost time, scheduling costs, and reserved appointment slots.
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
7. Pest Control Treatment Disclaimer
Pest control outcomes can vary depending on many factors including infestation level, environmental conditions, and customer cooperation.
We do not guarantee complete eradication after a single visit.
Some infestations may require multiple treatments and ongoing monitoring.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Follow all treatment and safety instructions

Observe exclusion periods where advised

Keep children and pets away from treated areas where required

Inform us of any relevant health or safety concerns

Disclose known pest activity and property conditions
Failure to follow instructions may affect treatment effectiveness.

Rodent bait stations must not be moved or tampered with

10. Proofing & Structural Issues
Proofing recommendations may be provided following inspection.
Unless agreed in writing:

Structural repairs remain the responsibility of the property owner

Additional proofing work may be chargeable
Temporary proofing solutions may not provide permanent protection.
11. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking or completion of service.

Failure to pay may result in:
