Final costs may vary depending on:

  • Level of infestation

  • Property access

  • Additional work required

  • Follow-up treatments

  • Structural or environmental issues discovered on site

5. Bookings and Appointments

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Ensure an adult is present if required

  • Follow any preparation instructions provided before treatment

Failure to provide access or meet these conditions may result in charges.

6. Cancellation Policy & Missed Appointments

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a minimum charge of £132.

A minimum charge of £132 may also apply where:

  • The customer is not available during the agreed appointment time

  • Access to the property is not provided

  • The appointment cannot be carried out due to customer unavailability

  • The engineer is unable to safely or reasonably complete the visit

This charge reflects lost time, scheduling costs, and reserved appointment slots.

Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

7. Pest Control Treatment Disclaimer

Pest control outcomes can vary depending on many factors including infestation level, environmental conditions, and customer cooperation.

We do not guarantee complete eradication after a single visit.

Some infestations may require multiple treatments and ongoing monitoring.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Follow all treatment and safety instructions

  • Observe exclusion periods where advised

  • Keep children and pets away from treated areas where required

  • Inform us of any relevant health or safety concerns

  • Disclose known pest activity and property conditions

Failure to follow instructions may affect treatment effectiveness.

9. Chemicals, Baits & Safety

Where pest control products are used:

  • All safety instructions must be followed

  • Rodent bait stations must not be moved or tampered with

  • Treated areas may require exclusion periods

  • Pets and children must be kept away where instructed

We are not responsible for misuse or interference with treatment materials after installation.

10. Proofing & Structural Issues

Proofing recommendations may be provided following inspection.

Unless agreed in writing:

  • Proofing is advisory only

  • Structural repairs remain the responsibility of the property owner

  • Additional proofing work may be chargeable

Temporary proofing solutions may not provide permanent protection.

11. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking or completion of service.

We accept various payment methods including card payments, bank transfer, or online payment systems where available.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of further services

  • Debt recovery action

  • Additional administrative costs where legally permitted

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not normally be issued where:

  • Additional treatments are required

  • Pest activity continues after treatment

  • Customer instructions were not followed

  • Access or preparation issues affected the service

13. Liability

We carry out all services with reasonable skill and care.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Re-infestation due to external or environmental factors

  • Structural defects allowing pest entry

  • Delays outside our control

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on ELAServices.net, including text, branding, logos, and images, is the property of ELA SERVICES unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy or reproduce any content without permission.

15. Privacy & Cookies
